It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer or user to determine the applicability and suitability of the product for their intended use and to comply with all relevant local, national, and international regulations.

CocoClean shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential. This includes, without limitation, any liability for lost profits, business interruption, or damage to property or the environment.

Product specifications may change without prior notice. Buyers are encouraged to request the latest product data and certifications prior to ordering.

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of CocoClean industrial absorbent products (“Products”) by the Seller to the Buyer and supersede any conflicting terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are subject to written confirmation by the Seller. Once confirmed, orders are binding and may not be canceled or amended without the Seller's written consent.

3. Product Description
Product specifications are provided in good faith based on internal testing and data. Actual performance may vary depending on application, conditions, and handling. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure product suitability for specific use cases.

4. Compliance and Documentation
Products are manufactured using natural coconut fiber with optional fire-retardant treatment. Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and general handling guidelines are available upon request.

5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms are defined by Incoterms 2020 as agreed between the parties. Risk and title transfer to the Buyer upon shipment or delivery, depending on the agreed term. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Inspection and Claims
The Buyer shall inspect the Products upon receipt. Claims for visible defects or shortages must be submitted within 5 working days. The Seller's liability is limited to replacement or credit of the affected goods, at its discretion.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Seller warrants that the Products conform to general descriptions at the time of shipping. No other warranties, express or implied, are given.
The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

8. Handling and Use
The Buyer is responsible for appropriate storage, application, and disposal of the Products in accordance with local regulations. The Seller disclaims responsibility for improper use or handling by the Buyer or third parties.

9. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, supply shortages, or natural disasters.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of [Castellon], unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Confidentiality
Any technical or commercial information provided by the Seller shall be treated as confidential and used solely for internal purchasing purposes.
